"The assumption of the picture is structured around my every day workouts," Nelly explains about "Sweat." "The workouts are pretty much my routine. It's a very big thing with child obesity which is being overlooked - kids don't get out and work like they used to, and that translates into their adulthoods."

About the sports players and performers that look in the DVD with him, Nelly says the imagination is the same. "Each artist has the like feeling - it's about bringing awareness, getting kids out, being more active. We all really do go out and it shows," he says.

While R&B singer Rowland doesn't flex her muscles in the clip, she did recently collaborate with Nelly on the strain "Gone," off his latest "5.0" album; the two reunited after their first run on Nelly's 2002 "Dilemma" single.
