American pop star Kelly Rowland is to join hit TV show the X Factor.
The singer, 30, is expected to be officially proclaimed as joining the record as a new label in the upcoming days. The conclusion comes just day after Dannii Minogue surprisingly left the hugely popular ITV series.
Today, Miss Rowland expressed her agitation at joining the show.
`I don`t recognize what sort of judge I`ll be`: Kelly Rowland, pictured at the Maxim Hot 100 party in LA last week, is a new X Factor judge
She said: `The X Factor is an amazing show. I know Simon [Cowell] because he`s so honest. Everything he says I concur with. I don`t love what sort of judge I`ll be.`
Miss Rowland will be the third newcomer joining the jury when the program returns later this year.

Take That star Gary Barlow has already been confirmed to look in the series. And Tulisa Constavolos - from pop band N-Dubz - is likewise due to be announced.
They will join Louis Walsh, a long-running judge on the programme.

The revamp comes after both Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell decided to give the UK variant of the program to establish the US show.
Miss Rowland has enjoyed a tremendously successful pop career in the past, both as percentage of ring and as a solo artist.
She was one third of US group Destiny`s Child. Her two band-mates were Beyonce Knowles - who has gone on to turn one of the world`s biggest female stars - and Michelle Williams.
All change: Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell are now on X Factor USA, while Dannii Minogue quit this week due to a scheduling clash
Television viewers will particularly remember Miss Williams from last year`s Strictly Come Dancing. She was a dissenter on the BBC show which is, somewhat ironically, the major competitor of the X Factor.
It was announced last week that Miss Minogue was going the UK edition of the X Factor. The conclusion was made because of a serial of scheduling conflicts.
These were caused by Miss Minogue`s role as a label on the Australia`s Got Talent and the requirement of appointment the schedule around Take That`s huge European tour, caused by TV executives` decision to hire Barlow.
Last night, ITV declined to comment.
