Back in 2009 Kelly Rowland teamed up with French DJ David Guetta and they released the summer club smash "When Love Takes Over". The call went number 1 worldwide and Kelly got dance fever. Kelly teamed up with Guetta again for her first one from her then untitled third studio album "Commander". The call went to act 1 in various countries.
