As person who takes the sentence to take the liner notes to search out the authors behind some of my favorite songs, I know it's rare for some of the better writers to get shine on their own as a solo artist. Heck, one of the most successful writers of the preceding ten and a personal favorite of mine Static Major suffered from that case of luck and never released a solo album.
